Breakout Youth is an independent charity based in Hampshire and Isle of Wight who deliver youth groups who meet every week and offer a confidential support service for young people up to 25 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning or unsure of their sexuality or gender identity.
Suitable for ages: 11 to 21 years
