MOVED TO FRIDAY 26 @ 21:13 BST will be SpaceX’s Launch of its next batch of Satellites. Assuming everything goes to plan we should see the rockets in the sky over head around 15mins later (and may even see the satellites be released)

Tomorrow there is a Live lesson in Electricity!, Wednesday is the SpaceX Falcon 9 Starlink-9 (10th mission) Launch of their next set of Starlink Satellites. Winchester Science Centre are focusing on STEM careers, and this week it is Broadcast and sound engineering. Every Monday at 6pm you can Ask An Astronomer Live Stream a question from Institute of Astronomy Cambridge. and the national Space centre are focussing on the Space Station this week! the RAS Bicentenary Lecture: From Microbes to Mars 1pm & 6pm - Addressing some of the biggest questions out there, covering why we think bacteria are the best bet for potential life on another planet, how they survive extreme environments too hostile for humans to handle on 10th July. We'll be talking about how we're exploring and learning about the Red Planet and how we could send humans there in future. If there's anything you want to know about Mars, make sure you drop it below and Tim might answer live!.

On Thursday 7 May STEM Learning are presenting STEM Ambassadors Live - a day of live streamed activities for schools and students at home.
Activities run by real life experts. Each half hour session will be followed by a Q&A so that children can engage even further with the topic.
This is a brilliant video from the UK Space Centre, which is perfect for families to explore the secrets of cosmic chemistry, told in a very easy to digest and fun way! This video is only available for 2 weeks, so take a look while you can! We will be watching it on Monday with the kids, and basing our lessons and science experiments around it.
Venus is still bright, but, around 28% brightness compared to 46% brightness at the beginning of the month. However, The planet’s apparent size has grown from 26" to 37". So worth a look!

On the 28th April it will be possible to see Vista through most binoculars. if you use the Starwalk app, find Aldebaran. and use this image to spot Vesta on its path.
