Senior Conditioning class in Alton

Our senior Conditioning class in Alton is designed to keep students fit, strong and flexible. The class consists of a thorough warm-up followed by carefully created strengthening, stretching, loosening and stamina exercises specific to dance to help students improve their technical ability and become better dancers.

We have over 50 dance classes in Alton each week training dancers from preschoolers to adults, from beginners to vocational level.

At Vgdance we aim to create a supportive learning environment with an emphasis on proper technique and training. 

Some of our students take classes just for fun, however, we also take great pride in preparing our more dedicated students for a career in dance and extra/extension classes are available for those students who show potential both physically and in attitude.

Many of our past students have successfully attended professional performing arts schools and degree courses and are now working within the performance industry.

Our Dance students have the option to take exams up to, and including, the vocational level and to perform in professional theatres and charity events..
