Our antenatal classes are designed for the modern parent. Held in beautiful and contemporary venues, you'll learn all about pregnancy, birth and early parenthood in a space that you feel comfortable in. Our classes are taught by midwives only, to connect you with the experts in the field. With a non-biased approach, our aim is to provide you with the latest evidence on the topics you want to know before your baby arrives, so you can make informed choices that are right for you and your family.
We have two course types available, one suitable for your second trimester (Mid-Pregnancy, 18-28 weeks), and one ideal for your third trimester (Full-Antenatal, 30-38 weeks).
- Woking - Full Antenatal 6 week course
- Chertsey - Full Antenatal Weekend course. And Mid-Pregnancy course.
Mid Pregnancy Antenatal classes in Chertsey
Our Mid-Pregnancy course is priced at £75 and you’ll receive 4 hours of evidence-led information, relevant to the questions commonly asked during the second trimester of pregnancy.
For example, diet, nutrition, exercise, baby’s development in the womb, as well as maternity rights at work and changing relationships.

Full Antenatal course in Woking and Chertsey
Our Full Antenatal course is priced at £180 and provides 12 hours worth of evidence-led information. This course can be attended over a 6 week period, or in 1 weekend. You’ll learn all about the changing body during late pregnancy, how your baby is preparing for labour/birth, birth choices and planning ahead for the postnatal period. We’ll also cover infant feeding, stem cell banking, optimal cord clamping (and lots more!).
