A specialised and unique program offering a fusion of different exercise techniques such as pilates, cardio, strength, and core training. We also periodically run body transformation plans.
We run this class every Wednesday from 1030-1130. Babies/children from 6 weeks to 4 years and it is suitable for pregnant women. You do not have to bring a child to attend.
Note: during school holidays we start earlier 930-1030 where all ages of children are welcome.

£60 for a block of 10 that does not need to be used consecutively. It is best to book online (first class is free).
