FLAIR Gym Club's Holiday Camp is being held for 4 days from 9.00am until 1.00pm starting on:

Monday 15th April 2019 to Thursday 18th April 2019.

Suitable for children aged 4 -17yrs

Children will be grouped by age and by ability so we welcome all abilities at camp.

From Beginner (no past experience) - through to Expert (can back flip or somersault)

THEMES
Everyone loves a theme... and the themes for our our half term camp are:

Monday 15th April - Under the Sea
Tuesday 16th April - Animals 
Wednesday 17th April - Super Heroes
Thursday 18th April - Disney

Your coaching team dress up to match each theme and the warm ups and training zones all run to the daily theme with some hidden surprises and prizes along the way.

We love to have fun and make learning as fun as possible at our clubs and camps, a FUN learning environment is the best environment for progress.

HOLIDAY CAMP SURVIVAL KIT
Please bring with you
Drinking water or a non-fizzy drink.
Healthy light snack (eg. fruit and fruit bar)
Clean socks to wear on the trampolines.
Any medication needed (eg. Asthma pump).
Bags of energy.

BREAKS
There will be 'mini breaks' (for drinks) after each ZONE.

WHAT TO WEAR
Any of the following can be worn during camp.
T-shirt, shorts, leotard, leggings, tracksuit.
Bare feet for Gymnastics and SOCKS for Trampolining.

We will help your child’s coordination, confidence and build their sense of self-esteem, while bouncing jumping doing Acrobatics and gymnastics.
