Localfamily events review

We tried out the baby and toddler group in North Camp Methodist church today. It is a very popular group.

It runs every Wednesday 10-11:30

50p per person

Price includes hot drinks for adults and snacks/soft drinks for the children.

A lovely welcoming group. with a social coffee and chat to start with while the children have their snack. Then everyone moved into the large hall where there were different areas set up.
1. Area for newborns
2. Art and craft area
3. Messy play with cars and diggers
4. Roleplay and dress up
5. Climbing frames
6. Trains/duplo

Every just mucked in. and chatted away.

There was a lot of noise and chattering. which some children may find overwhelming at 1st. but they soon join in and become part of the noise too :) Snacks this week included bananas, pears, toast, cucumber and a range of spreads.

I met some lovely ladies and will be back :)
